KRMC Kids Health & Safety Expo

The annual KRMC Kid's Day Health & Safety Fair, sponsored by Deana Nelson State Farm Insurance and Unisource Energy Services, will be held this year on Saturday, April 18th from 10:00 to 2:00 at KRMC's Medical Professional Center of Kingman. Kids who, along with their parents, visit 40 or more of the 60+ organization booths will be eligible to win a host of prizes including bicycles with helmets and other fabulous gifts.

A car seat safety check will be provided. Kids will be able to get their vision tested, height and weight measured, and immunizations brought up-to-date (don't forget to bring their shot records). Volunteers from Arizona Game & Fish will teach the kids about respecting nature and wildlife, a petting zoo will be provided by the Black-Mountain 4-H Extension, the Mohave County Sheriff's Department will provide information on Child ID, and kids will be able to sign-up for library cards, the Dolphin Swim Team, Northern Arizona Soccer League and Pop Warner, plus see demonstrations by the White Wind Tiger martial arts dojo.

This exciting fair will include ATV safety provided by the Cerbat Ridge Runners and Harley-Davidson Mother Road. This exciting fair will include ATV safety provided by the Cerbat Ridge Runners and Harley-Davidson Mother Road. Mohave County Search & Rescue will be at the event along with a bicycle safety rodeo hosted by the Kingman Powerhouse Kiwanis, electrical and water safety, tool safety sponsored by Home Depot, helicopters from Arizona Department of Public Safety and Guardian Air, and trucks from the Kingman Fire Department and UniSource Energy Services. Kids can also enjoy the jumping castle donated by R&R Jumps, crafts, and games!
